At Little Box®, we take pride in producing high-quality, hand-assembled instrument cables designed for exceptional tone, reliability, and longevity. Every cable is carefully tested before dispatch, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.

12-Month Limited Guarantee

All Little Box® guitar cables are covered by a 12-month limited guarantee from the date of purchase.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and component failures arising under normal use and conditions.

Where a valid claim is made, CodeVertex Ltd will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with an equivalent model, or
  • Offer a refund or credit if a replacement is not available.

Connector Lifespan

Some models feature Neutrik® silentPLUG® or other professional-grade connectors.

  • The silentPLUG® connector is rated for approximately 1,000 insertions; this rating forms part of the product’s expected service life and is reflected in the guarantee.
  • Non-silent connectors, right-angle connectors, and connectors from other manufacturers are also covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal use.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including abrasion, oxidation, or cosmetic changes
  • Damage caused by misuse, strain, impact, twisting, or improper handling
  • Failure due to modification, tampering, or repair by unauthorised persons
  • Damage from use with incompatible or powered equipment (e.g. active pickups with silentPLUG® models)
  • Use outside normal operating or storage conditions

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your cable is faulty, please contact us at info@littlebox.audio with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing any visible fault or damage

We may request the product be returned for inspection before processing a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping costs will be refunded if the fault is confirmed to be covered under this guarantee.

Sustainability & Repairs

We aim to repair rather than replace wherever practical to minimise waste.
Where a repair is not possible, we ensure the product is recycled responsibly under WEEE guidelines.

Legal Notice

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which remain unaffected.
CodeVertex Ltd reserves the right to improve product design or specification without obligation to update existing products.
